Yes, the show is good, the cast are good, but the theatre is so cramped that the orchestra share the stage with the actors. The ladies share one cubicle, and the whole place needs to be pulled down (except it is probably listed).

The ambassador theater itself is an older theater which is OK but was extremely cold!I loved the play Chicago featuring Lana Gordon as Velma and Raymond Bokhour as Amos. They will my favorite performances! I was not really crazy about Roxie played by Dylis Croman....More

Chicago was a fantastic show. I saw the film and this completely exceeded my expectations. The singing and dancing was fantastic. Ended up by having to pay a lot for the tickets but did not want to miss going to Broadway.

Yes the Ambassador is a grand old theater, however there is NO excuse for only having one small bathroom. Pathetic. That said, the play Chicago was great! The lead actors and actresses were outstanding! We also liked that you have a terrific view of the...More

At the heart of Broadway! Lights outside and a classic decoration inside. Helpful personnel, narrow seats but astonishing view even high up the mezzanine. As for "Chicago" I have no words- just continuous applause !

Visiting Broadway or watching baseball on my last night in NY were the choices. I've been to a few shows in the London west end ; however, never watched baseball. Decided that pleasing my partner was more important, so went with partners choice of seeing...More

Came to see Broadway's longest running musical 'Chicago'. Small theatre whee even to mezzanine back tow seats get a reasonable view. All seats in stalls have good viewing. But in mezzanine the seats are too close to each other so your feet are uncomfortable.

Saw a very well done Chicago - theatre staff was incredibly friendly, our seats were upgraded, not a bad seat in the house. The show was well run, great experience!

I went to see Chicago the musical, which I wanted to see for a long time fortunately I managed to get cheap tickets from the TKTS stand in Times Square earlier in the day. The theatre itself is an old style theatre with a large...More

You can call 212-239-6200 or 800-447-7400. There is no direct line to the theater, but you will be able to speak with the theater and ticketing reps.
