The first and most famous studio tour in television history is now better than ever. It's more in depth. More interactive. And, above all, more fun.

You’ll enjoy behind-the-scenes access to the studios where your favorite

shows are made. Like Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show Starring

Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers and more.

An NBC Page will serve as your host and behind-the-scenes expert,

guiding you through the historic halls of 30 Rock. You’ll learn about the entire TV production process, from the writing process and producing to the ways TV content gets to your home.

You’ll then experience it all first hand as you and your fellow Tour guests produce your own show in our brand new Tour Studio. You can then

download your show to keep for free.

Great backstage trip through the NBC Studios. We would have enjoyed visiting a few more studios on the tour, but I guess they only have so much time to conduct these tours so options are limited.

Meh is the best way I can describe this tour. We paid about $25 bux a piece to go on this tour. If you buy your tickets online, get there early if you need to get them printed. They took us in and we watched a video of NBC's television history. Then they took us to Dr. Oz's empty studio... More

My wife and I took the NBC Studio tour with credit card points in our recent visit to NYC. We've taken studio tours in Hollywood, so we thought we had some good things to compare it to. The first part of the video they show you is interesting, as it highlights a lot of the history of television and the... More

Took a group of high schoolers there after getting on the Today Show. the tour was fun, we got see studios, and the control room, and lots of stuff about the history of NBC and broadcast in general. The kids did a green screen at the end and it was cool.

Basically you pay to walk into the SNL sound stage which is indeed interesting, but that's it. The tour boasts that it's an hour long but the hour is spent on the tour guides making bad jokes and asking ridiculous trivia questions. Skip it.

Sign up early, this is a great tour, we saw three studios including SNL, but it is the Page's that make the tour, they appear to recent college grads with a good sense of humor - hats off to them

I took the studio tour 20 years ago while traveling on business and was underwhelmed. My husband and adult son had never taken it, so my husband signed us up. It's actually worse, now, though little has changed. It starts with an uninformative, totally promotional video about all the NBC properties. Obscure networks. As other reviews have said, you then... As big SNL fans and other NBC shoes we were pretty excited to go on the tour but it is a bit of a let down after you see SNL stage. There isn't too much more to see except for a couple of the News studios. Some parts were interesting but really not worth the money unless you are really... More

Basically on this tour you are only looking at empty studios. There is no real information given on the tour about how a tv show is produced. The tour advertises you will visit a make-up room but it is actually a small room where you view tv screens that show you how a make-up artist makes a mold of the... More

yes, it is a bit spendy, but you do get a decent behind the scenes look at a bunch of studios, including the snl room, the nfl set, and the best part, imho, was the news/weather simulation--if you get asked for volunteers, jump! this is your chance to be in front of the cameras and under the hot studio lights,... Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
