Jangmi is an absolute must for all things diamonds! My husband bought my engagement ring here 3.5 years ago and we’ve just collected a diamond band.
The diamonds selected by Jangmi are really high quality, I’m always complimented on how nice my ring is. When we returned to select a diamond band Mrs Kim remembered both my husband and ring which was such a lovely touch. Both Rachel and Mrs Kim helped us with the selection of the band and we’re very thoughtful about my style. I always recommend Jangmi to my friends, it’s such a great place with great people

My girlfriend (now fiancé) and I were looking at engagement rings and visited several jewelers prior to our appointment at Jangmi. We visited per recommendations from friends and family and were quite impressed by the quality of diamonds and settings they had available. The service was also amazing — they were professional and made the entire visit surprisingly fun. We got the perfect ring (at the perfect price)!
A few months later, we went back to get the ring resized. Jangmi managed to turn it around in a day with complimentary cleaning to make it sparkle even more! My fiancé loves the ring and has already received many compliments — thank you so much, Jangmi!

We’re a couple based in England who wanted to buy an engagement ring in NYC. We were a bit nervous about this and went to Jangmi based on their excellent reviews. We found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful: they worked to our budget and gave us several options. We weren’t pressured in any way but found a beautiful ring. On returning to the UK we’ve had the ring valued for insurance and are very pleased with the value for money we got by buying in NYC. Can totally recommend this business to any couples but specifically anyone from the UK who is nervous about making such a big purchase abroad.

After getting engaged in New York back in 2012 we researched good jewelers and decided to pay a visit to Jangmi to choose a ring. What a great decision that has been. They really know how to look after you and make you feel special. So much so that since then we have made two further purchases. It’s a family set up and you end up feeling part of that family. Top class service and top class products are guaranteed. We recently returned for our latest visit. Not only have we bought another beautiful diamond ring but they kindly cleaned and repaired the others that we previously purchased. That’s great customer service and the type that brings you back again and again. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jangmi are the best jewelers in New York by far.

We love everything about this company - very polite and professional staff, Mr. and Mrs. Kim, such kind and understanding owners . We appreciate everything so much! I had an exceptional shopping experience at Jangmi Jewelers in June! My goal that day was to find a jeweler I could trust in resetting my mother's diamond from a ring wedding set to a necklace and have it completed during my 2-week visit to NYC. My daughter referred me to Jangmi, and I was not disappointed. Rosanna was very knowledgeable about what I wanted done and presented beautiful and unique pendant settings as she answered my many questions. She and Mrs. Kim also suggested options I hadn't even thought of. They were patient and honest about what would work best in my case.
Once a pendant style/metal setting and necklace chain were selected, I learned of the numerous steps involved, from the removal of the diamond from its original setting to it being placed on the chain. I followed the diamond to each specialist in the process and learned and appreciated the intricacy involved. It was important and comforting to me that it was Jangmi's policy that I kept the diamond in my possession until it was placed on the necklace chain.
From beginning to end, Rosanna and Mrs. Kim treated us with the utmost courtesy and kindness. They made us feel comfortable to ask any questions that came to mind and were transparent in their business practices. There wasn't the slightest hint of up-selling or pressure-buying. Their pricing was reasonable for the high quality, and Mrs. Kim made it even more so.They were also accommodating to my time constraint and efficiently coordinated our appointments to the specialists flawlessly. Our visits to their store were always happy experiences as their outstanding service is a rarity in any industry.
The result was spectacular!! I was blown away by the exquisite quality of the pendant setting and necklace chain. They presented the beauty of the diamond in all of its brilliance. It exceeded my expectations and more!

Wife's experience: My husband got my beautiful engagement ring from Jangmi, so we decided to go back to select our wedding bands and we had such a wonderful experience working with them. We were taken care of by Leo who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we tried on several styles of their wedding bands. He really listened to our needs and found us the perfect bands that we were looking for. Jangmi really makes the ring purchase such a stress-free and seamless process and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fine jewelry. We had gone to several other corporate jewelry stores, but we could not be any happier with our rings from Jangmi!
My experience: Jangmi was extremely helpful when I had really no idea how to go about buying my engagement ring. I reached out on Instagram chat on their account and I was not in town, but Sue was able to help me throughout the week as I constantly asked questions. Leo was extremely helpful throughout the process and made me feel at ease. As soon as I started communications with Jangmi, I felt like I had made the right decision. As someone who was considering purchasing online, I am extremely relieved that I didn't. The engagement ring is definitely worth getting from a place that you trust. Leo, Sue, Mr. and Mrs. Kim were all really amazing and I am glad that I chose Jangmi.

Would recommend to anyone who values customer service and comfort when making big purchases.
The experience here was outstanding. Bought an engagement ring, had a budget. Richard and Mrs. Kim could not have been more patient with me and they placed absolutely no pressure on me to move outside my budget.. although their selection was so nice I went beyond a tad. I will for sure work with them on any jewelry needs in the future. Glowing review.

This place is just awesome and amazing!!! The process was beyond incredible. They helped me to pick the perfect diamond ring for my fiance. They helped me to customize it exactly I how I envisioned it. Sue was so patient with me. She was perfect in helping me with such an important task, I couldn't have done it without her. Not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured. The owners were also incredibly kind to me. I adore them!! Such a supportive beautiful couple. The staff as a whole was always so supportive everytime I came by. They truly made me feel like family. The customer service is top notch!! They take their time to educate you. The diamond was breath taking when I went to pick up, it was so shiny. It was actually way more beautiful than I could ever imagine. My beautiful fiance was so happy, she can't take her eyes off it. She just keeps saying how gorgeous it is. Oh...She said YES!! If you want to be taking care of by genuine good-hearted and knowledgeable people then go to them. Even when we stopped by after the engagement they were so genuinely happy for us!!!

We highly recommend Jangmi. Their rings are gorgeous, incredible quality and impeccable top-level service. We chose a custom design; the process was easy and simple and the result was stunning! I am obsessed with my engagement ring and wedding band. They have a vast inventory, both of unique settings and diamonds. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is superior. You are treated like a valuable customer from start to finish! Mr. & Mrs. Kim and their staff have become family and have us as customers for life.

Hello to all. We had tickets for the tour last December, especially to see the stage as my husband is so intrigued after seeing the show. Unfortunately, I have had him to NYC twice with no time to do the tour and in December it began to blizzard so we gave our passes to a couple at the door and ran for a train back to DC.
Now, we are flying in for a week from Tennessee. I am about to book a 5 PM tour for 31st August a Monday. Am hoping this is not too late to include the actual stage workings. Read a few reviews here, where due to shows being set up or on, the tour misses the stage piece....lol...so doublechecking before I book this. Doing as a separate ticket apart from my pass to make sure we get an actual time certain.
Thanks so much. Have been in love with the Hall since my first visit with my New York born and bred Mother when I was very little. She was so appalled that my father moved us to the suburbs of New Jersey that she often just grabbed my sister and I and took us to a show last minute on a whim. By bus and subway. Too fun and fond memories that I am trying to share with my husband who grew up with farmer in Ohio...
