Come From Away exceeded my expectations. I've listened to the music, but seeing it live was a totally different experience. These fantastic actors played multiple roles going back and forth between roles to tell this particular 9/11 story, without stopping and without intermission. This is...More

I love going to plays, so when the opportunity came about to go to Broadway, I could not pass it up. "Come From Away" was a delightful, inspiring show about the strength of the human condition when chooses to be kind, thoughtful, and loving to...More

That was by far one of the most terrific, fantastic, enjoyable, emotional performances we have ever seen! It brings back memories of what happened and the lives that were affected by this tragedy. To see it on Broadway was also emotional knowing we are just...More

The Gerald Schoenfeld is a wonderful Broadway theater. It is on the smaller side, so even the last row of the orchestra level is reasonably close. Other than perhaps the far sides, there are few bad seats in the theater. Beautifully decorated with lots of...More

First, it's a beautiful old theatre in New York and second go see Come From Away if possible. This is about the 200 planes that were diverted to Gander, Newfoundland on September 11, 2001 after the terrorist attack. It's a musical about the hardships, fear,...More

What a fantastic show "Come From Away" is. It's about the planes having to land after 9/11 and what it did to Newfoundland and the small towns near the airport. You think how could they make a show about this, well not only did they...More

The Schoenfeld is good because it is not very big. There are no truly bad seats, though seats on the sides don't have ideal acoustics. It's easy to get in and out, and the theatre has a classic ambience. There was nothing worth criticizing here!

This theater is spectacular, and the show that is currently playing is just superb. I would say without hesitation it’s the best play I have seen in 30 plus years in New York. One simply MUST see this play ~ especially for its humanitarian message...More

The best way to get to the theater is to take the A or C subway from Jay St - MetroTech Station to 42 St - Port Authority Bus Terminal. Jay St is just a couple of blocks from your hotel. Once you get to 42 St, take the north... More
