My daughter & I took the Brooklyn Bridge Bike tour on 4/11 with Wallace as our guide. It exceeded our expectations! So much more than just the Brooklyn bridge. A 3 hour tour at an easy pace that covered many Brooklyn & lower Manhattan neighborhoods. Even as a former Mew Yorker who visits the city often, I learned much from... More

I typically avoid publicly criticizing some services for tourists, preferring to deliver my feedback directly to the service provider, to best improve their services and my future experience. But this time, I decided to go public considering the safety implications for customers. As experienced riders, having used Bike & Roll services in different cities such as New York (upper west... Office was a bit tricky to find so we ended up getting a cab. Bikes were comfortable. Our guide was Wallace who was fun, informative and we felt very safe with him. Be warned though - some of the cycling is through busy traffic so if you are nervous on a bike this is not for you. The pace is... More

Was solicited near Central Park to rent the bikes & was not disappointed, they are easy to ride the 6 mile loop through the park. Although you might have to walk up the hill near Harlem, it's a bit steep if you're in jeans and carrying a backpack. Great trip though, definitely do it, get the 2 hours for $15.... More

This was one of the best things we did in NYC. and bear in mind that we come from Copenhagen, the city where everyone is biking, including us. The bikes was okay, nothing fancy. I think the route was about 15 miles/22 kilometers but remember that you have 3 hours. I'm not sure we really followed the route illustrated on... More

They did not turn up on the day, and when I phoned they said the shop was closed due to unforeseen circumstances which I can appreciate but they could have sent someone to let us know, and answered my email. So I think this is a very poorly run company .

They were closed during their scheduled open hours. Planned ahead, built a day around riding the bikes, bought a groupon...etc etc..We arrived an hour after they were supposed to open, and waited around the neighborhood for another hour, no one showed up. Got a refund from Groupon, but still the day went downhill after that and we only had 1... More

We hired bikes on our first day in NYC. I booked it in advance and paid much less than if you try to hire on the day. Also I don't think that they had any left for casual hire. We went up thru Central Park and then down the Green way over to Brooklyn on the bridge and back. It... More

One of the most fun things we did in NYC was to dedicate a full day to the park and we did it by bike. We picked up the bikes at the stand in the south west corner entrance of the park. The staff were helpfull and got us going very quickly with bikes adapted to our needs. We had... More
