Did the visit and was offered a $5 upgrade for the 4d show. (Plus tax of course). Had a small jet of air and a poke in the back. Nothing was working as it should have. Spoke with the manager who just said no refunds....More

We enjoyed our visit, there are a good mixture of current and historic figures. We were there for about an hour. There's a Ghostbusters display on just now with some good special effects.

This was one of the first places we went to when we arrived in New York! So much fun pretending to see celebrities and see their actual heights. A fun experience!

We had purchased the New York Pass before heading to New York and had always planned to visit Madame Tussauds. It is somewhere my daughter has always wanted to go. She wasn't disappointed. We decided to visit here when it started to rain, which is...More

This outing was okay. There weren't a lot of figures. Some looked similar to the stars and some did not. I was surprised at how small most of these people are. I can say I have been to a Madame Tussauds' but probably will not...More

We went in the morning and what happens is a lot of people make it an early attraction to visit so it's somewhat crowded. Based on what others have noted I'd give the afternoon preference.
