Went there on free pass..but still wasnt worth it.poor selection of celebrities,most didnt look like who they were supposed to b.slow unhelpful staff.had to pay extra for pic with president and loads of other extras.dont waste your time or money on this place.

There was no queue as such. the time would depend on how long you want to spend time with each exhibit. its best to keep bout 3 - 4 hours

I bought the New York pass which includes Madame Tussaud's as admission. We went on a Sunday morning and week before Christmas on a rainy day and it wasn't too busy - only 10 minutes to queue.
