Wonderful tour! Tony, our host, was both entertaining and very informative. The ship was comfortable, the food/drink service outstanding, and the overall experience the apex of our journey to New York City. Well done!

This was sold to us as a loop tour, having previously been to New York and used a similar service we thought this would be the best way to see the city. All the buses we caught never actually did a loop, so you could never get back to where you started. Although they handed headphones out, 2 out of... More

Definitely the best way to see NYC highlights. This was easy, informative and the frequency of the buses was great. I had a 48 hour pass and ended up getting another one!

Whilst staying in NYC we took the one day tour that includes Philadelphia and Amish Country. An early start at 0700 meant that we were outside Independence Hall at 0900 and started by visiting the Liberty Bell Center before a Ranger tour of the Hall. After a refreshment break we visited on foot a number of the City historic features... More

We paid for the 48 hour ticket and got all 5 tours (Uptown, Downtown, Brooklyn, Bronx and Night) included as well as the ferry tour (which goes right around the Statue of Liberty) for free with a bit of haggling. Was well worth the money we paid as we got to see as much of the sights as possible without... More

Waited for busses in long lines and bus after bus had no room. Asked for refund and told no even though we never used tickets. Walked multiple blocks to find available bus. First female guide was good. Arrived at 911 museum and told tickets didn't work there. That was the one place we told the sales person we wanted. Second... More

We reserved the hop on/hop off uptown and downtown tours. We got on in Times Square and rode on top all the way to Battery Park and then back up again. It was cold. We sat under the scratched up plastic covering area, and moved our way up as people left. By the end of the up to downtown ride,... More

Good travel experience except for the lack of respect for schedules. Once a bus is full it departs immediately. If you arrive before scheduled departed time you are told that the bus is gone and you have to wait for the next one. No specifics about new departure times are given. Boarding treatment almost disrespectful.

There are three tours that you can take, Uptown, Downtown and Brooklyn. We chose to take the Downtown tour and there are stops along the route where you can hop off, and then hop back on again if you want to see something in more detail. There is a commentary provided by a tour guide on each bus and the... More

Not enough buses, had to wait up to 45 mins for buses. Different routes don't meet up with each other and you need up walking around looking for the next bus. None of the staff at the bus stops knew what was going on and had us shifting from one bus to another to another. It was a shambles. Plus... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
