It is not possible to see a large part of Manhattan in few days. Since we had little time, taking this tour was a sensible decision. You might not see all the places but they take you through major parts of the city and explain its historical as well as current importance. Worth the money spent, as it included three... More

We used the services of this agency for couples of activities during our trip in Manhattan this last summer. I can fairly say that the staff were professional and caring to the customers needs. We used their services to go to the Woodburry common premium outlets, they also booked us tickets for Aladdin show and we went with one of... More

Great tours and tour guides. Buses are tired and really need updating. No heating, not good in the middle of a New York winter. Great way to see NYC and find out all the relevant historical facts. Good value for money. Great way to see all the sites.

We got the 48 hours pass. We loved the fact that we could get out of the bus anytime. The only thing that was a bit difficult was finding the Gray Line bus stop to get in the bus. Other than that, we were very happy with the service we got.

This was a very disappointing tour. You can walk twice as fast as the bus moves. I am not sure who would enjoy this ride. Avoid and move to another activity.

We purchased a 2 day package to see as much of the city as possible in a short amount of time. Our first tour guide was so amazing we changed plans to stay on the bus for the entire trip. We had several guides over the course of the weekend....some better, some worse...but we enjoyed their different personalities and different information... More

I would give it 2.5 stars but don't have that option. We decided to do the Bronx Tour (only). I had checked out the website online the previous few days and found it difficult to get details about this particular tour so thought we would just turn up. I have often found there to be ticket sellers at stops in... More

We purchased tickets for the Gray Line hop on hop off to tour a lot of New York in a few days (at least the major sites). This was not money well spent. First the buses took a long time to pick people up. They clearly did not have nearly enough buses to accommodate the number of people they sold... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
