Our Tour Guide was Katherine (with a 'K'). This tour was very good! On this tour was my wife, my two children (aged 13 & 15) and I... It was informative about the history of the architecture and the various styles of midtown. Katherine was...More

We have done two tours with Inside Out and both times they were amazing. The first tour was the Broadway tour (with Alison) and the second one was the gospel tour (the name of the tour guide escapes me, but she was awesome too!). My...More

Honestly, one of the biggest highlight of our ten days in NYC. I was maybe at first slightly taken aback by the number of participants (32), but that feeling only lasted for...2 seconds. Ludie is just a fantastic story teller, with extensive knowledge of the...More

The Underground Railroad tour is an absolute must for anyone visiting NYC. Our tour guide, Ludie, is a knowledgable historian, a talented and engaging storyteller, and a deep and profound thinker. The history of the slave trade and racial discrimination in the early days of...More

Wish I had learned the truth in public school. This tour will enlighten you about American History as it really happened.

We really enjoyed the Gospel tour we got from Ludie. We loved every minute and would definitely recommend the tour to our friends when they would like to visit New York City. Thank you Ludie for the great Gospel experience!

I really enjoyed this tour. Tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable! Had a great time! Crossing the bridge can get a bit strenuous so wear comfortable shoes and try pizza at Grimaldies.

We did this tour as part of the NYPASS. You meet all the way down opposite the UN building and finish up in Midtown - that is a lot of ground covered in 3hrs but you don't realise the distance as Katherine make the tour...More

It was good information, the guide knew her stuff. It wasn't Underground Railroad, it was more on just slavery needed more movement not just a story. It wasn't what my late teens wanted to do, stand and listen.

Our guide was really knowledgeable about the history of the Brooklyn Bridge as well as DUMBO. The history was presented in an interesting way (not too long and not boring) which improved my appreciation of the area. Combines good exercise with a good tour. Be...More

Tour is 2.5 hours with many stops. Think it would be fine for a ten year old.

We had 20+ and it was a little hard bc we had to count and we kept losing people. The bridge is also really busy on weekends, so a big group was hard. You do break up and meet back up on top the bridge, though.
