The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure we knew where we were going before we left. On of our bikes got a flat and they came to us with a replacement.

We picked up the bikes downtown NYC, Marcus was super helpful and funny, I even got a bike with a basket :) The whole process was very quick, the return of the bikes even quicker. Would definitely recommend.

HI I don't really know because it was the other person in my group that use his credit card, but I did not hear any complain that the bike company kept or charge more than it should be.

Hi. Went rented bikes from you on Sunday 13th November 2016 and $200 is showing as being held from my account (New York branch) Do you know how long it typically takes for this payment to return to my account (I used a debit card)?
