I participated in a group exhibition. Spacious gallery, capable and friendly staff. Among the artists (more than 10) there will be at least one that you will love!

The collection of art has a good variety of art. The gallery hosts many artists and the gallery is spacious. If you want to pick one gallery to visit in Chelsea, this is the one.

The Agora Gallery was great. It's off the beaten path, but filled with really great art: modern, classic, and undescribable. It has a small first floor and an even-more-hidden second floor accessible by an elevator outside the gallery. Upstairs, there's an even greater selection of...More

A large, spacious Chelsea gallery with an interesting selection of contemporary art. Is it the best one in Chelsea? Probably not, but definitely Top 10 and worth seeing!

Visited this gallery which was upstairs. Already discouraged due to the muggy hot July weather in Manhattan; but upon reaching the summit of the stairs, there was a utopia of colorful emotions to my surprise. What a hidden Gem! We got to experience champagne on...More

We nearly didn't go in here as it was the end of the day and we'd been visiting galleries for some time, but we were glad we did - some really wonderful art and a lovely space.

We walked into many galleries during our stay in New York and Agora was the best. Staff were friendly and not at all pushy. The gallery space is large, attractive and well lit, displaying the art to the best advantage. We were at Agora during...More

This is quite a large well presented gallery. On an opening night they usually have three different exhibitions in different areas. Google when they are on and just turn up for an interesting pre dinner event. I would be impressed if my date took me...More

Home to hundreds of art galleries, beautiful
brownstones, and one of New York’s newest and most
popular attractions, Chelsea is one of the city’s
jewels when it comes to neighbourhood life. The
contemporary art scene is an integral part of the
neighbourhood’s identity, with gallery openings almost
every night of the week and countless exhibits to
