What brilliant entertainment. Great cast, fantastic music and a really well crafted story. Loved every minute and would highly recommend, particularly if like me, you are a Neil Diamond fan. Wife loved it too and she doesn’t enjoy musicals!

The NYC trip and tix for Hamilton were a xmas present for my daughter, who loves theater and dance and knows almost every word to every song in the play. I was tagging along. I get it now. If you are debating whether to go, stop debating and just go. I felt myself transported and entranced while watching. The world fell away and I loved it.
We took a program and waited outside for the cast to come out to meet them and get signatures. They did not disappoint! Several of them came out and were generous with posing for pictures and giving autographs. I've never seen my daughter so happy.
The seats do not give much leg room, so if your knees get achy if you can't stretch them, take something before you go (pain reliever) as you will have to sit for over 2 hours.

This show was our first ever experience of a Broadway show, and it was such a delight to be able to see it!
The show was really fun and entertaining, the cast was absolutely wonderful and the music, singing & dancing were unbelievable!
I'm a fan of Hugh Jackman so it was really exciting to see him perform live! He's incredibly talented and I still can't believe I got the chance to see him.

I have to admit this museum is different to every other museum you may have been to.
I really enjoyed it.
The staff are so lovely, enthusiastic and very knowledgable.
The information is plentiful and beautifully displayed.
The costumes and memorabilia is amazing.
It takes 1.5 hours, we took 2+ hours to walk around it.
Take your time and enjoy it.
Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent show in an intimate theatre. The show was funny and very well done. The theatre was small so it feels like the intimacy of a school production but with Tony award winning and nominated performers! The show is great for teens (probably not young children though).

If you're a true Broadway fan, this should be on your bucket list. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. They have a good system for getting you in and metering the traffic so it was never too crowded in any area. They have FREE lockers, which we so appreciated because it was a freezing cold day and we were bundled up. It was great to be able to leave coats, hats, scarves, bags and go through unencumbered. I would have paid for a locker, so I was really impressed and pleasantly surprised that they were free. Just a nice (rare) perk. The displays were beautifully presented, with photos, playbills, original costumes and props. My favorites were the handwritten notes, telegrams, letters, etc. They have a huge collection of Hirschfeld caricatures that sortof tie the whole thing together. I had goosebumps throughout and, not gonna lie, shed a few tears. If you're a big fan you can easily spend 3 hours, although after a couple of hours I felt information overload. My only criticism is that the informational captions on most of the items were TINY, and many were too high or too low to comfortably read. I would easily pay the ticket price to go again - just too much to take it all in in one visit.

We will be in New York City for 4 days and want to see 2 or 3 shows, especially Tina, should we get our tickets in advance?

If you really want to see a show, yes. There's no telling if you can find tickets for your particular night, on show day. If you want to guarantee a seat on that night, get the rockets as early as possible.

Hi! My friends and I are visiting NYC and want to see a Broadway show. We looked and agreed on "Mrs. Doubtfire" which is a new and upcoming musical. However, we're only in the city during its preview timeframe. We're there March 18-22, so about 10-14 days into their preview schedule.
What difference is the Broadway preview to the actual post-opening show?
Like, is it closer to as if we're in their rehearsal studio, with interrupted director cuts, and on-off music pause to correct lines/dances, etc? Or is it closer to an actual show, where, sure there are some minor [sometimes un-noticeable] mistakes not to be directed until after the show, etc.? I hope I'm making sense...
Will appreciate your answers!

It's the show. Only before it considers itself ready to be reviewed. Tickets are usually less expensive. Sometimes an understudy will replace a lead. But don't worry. I'm sure you'll enjoy.

Hands down, TodayTix is great - the web page or app for Broadway, Off-Broadway, London’s West End, Sydney, Chicago, and on and on. In New York and London, I always use the app. Either way, you see up-to-date pricing and seat availability, reduced prices and lottery seats, closing dates, and upcoming shows. A head-spinning sweep of shows you’ve heard about and great shows you haven’t heard about — yet!

In the middle of Times Square go to the TKTS booth. You can get discounted same day tickets for Broadways plays and musicals. Also off Broadway too.
