This beautiful fountain has a prominent position, at the entrance to Central Park as one walks up 5th Avenue. So there are a lot of people around it to enjoy its grace and water. A classic design that gets you in the mood for the wonderful park.

Pretty fountain that stands on the square of the same name just outside the south-east corner of Central Park. Wanted and financed by the newspaper publisher Joseph Pulitzer, it was designed, after his death, by the architect Thomas Hastings at the request of the executors. It represents abundance, symbolized by the Roman goddess Pomona and two large horns of plenty.

Pulitzer Fountain in front of Grand Army Plaza on 5th Avenue in NYC is very pretty. Certainly worth a photo stop when walking on 5th Avenue.

Beautiful Pomona fountain of the Grand Army’s Square looked so pretty at Christmas time. Very photogenic spot in Manhattan.

Beautiful and busy place. Spring is especially lovely - please see pictures below. Lots of food and touring options offered here - both for Central Park and Manhattan.

Outside the southern end of Central Park at the top of 5th Avenue. Excellent fountain that unfortunately currently has no water flowing!

This is one of the gems in Central Park. It's a beautifully-designed fountain from another era, a time of classics. It's in the center of one of the popular areas, so be prepared for crowds.

Really attractive Fountain in Central Park. It’s worth a stop off for a few photos. The water was not flowing so bit average.

We stopped here after walking through Central Park. It was nice to see. We sat here and enjoyed a snack, and then moved on.

Fountain is situated at the sourtheast corner of Central Park on Grand Army square, it's worth to visit but don't expect something special.
