One of our Hop On and Off Bus stops and we arrived just as the sun was setting which rendered the place absolutely beautiful! At the heart of the city and strategically located. A very nice walk by the river and relaxing. Recommended to go for a nice scenic stroll.

Best views of the Statue of Liberty and the Hudson. A place you need to visit and hang out a complete afternoon.

Battery Park on the south of bowling green station, also us some attraction like the Memorial Park, the imigrant, castle Clinton, the Verrazano statue and the Netherlands memorial. Love hanging in this park.

This park can be so much better. The toilets are good, clean, but the rest of the park is not very special. You can have a great view of the statue of liberty.

Hopped on the Subway to Bowling Green and ended up at this park. Nice place to relax and unwind in lower manhattan. Great view of the World Trade Center and Statue of Liberty but it is too far away to get high quality pictures of the statue.

Visited this park during our boat trip to the Statue and Ellis Island. Nice park for a walk around and to enjoy the views.

On our visit park was clean and it's a nice stroll with great views. However I doubt that the pictures you see of the Statue of Liberty are taken from this vantage point. From NYC to Lady Liberty you have New Jersey in the back round. Nothing but ship yard cranes along the coast. Very sad indeed.

Wonderful place to go on a short walk. They have a nice glass fish carousel that is $5. It's a great place to take pictures and enjoy the view of the Saturday of Liberty.

Take the metro to Bowling Green and you pop right up at Battery Park. You can get the ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. You can also relax in Battery Park, watch the ferries go back a forth, see the Statue of Liberty a bit, or check out the Navy Memorial. From there you can walk a... More
