Earlier today my wife and I visited this large museum on Fifth Ave. and were somewhat disappointed that so many of the exhibits were the same as when we visited over 18 months ago. We had lunch here and we're again disappointed by the very...More

Great museum depicting the history of New York, didn't stay long however due the fact that it was absolutely freezing in there so went back outside to thaw out. If it had been that cold in there in winter I'm sure they'd have put the...More

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit today. Well worth a visit with modern interactive displays. Word of warning. Beware that the cafe only takes cards, no cash!!! The shop and entrance fee take both.

The MCNY is a unique museum, curated thoughtfully as a history museum with its focus for the problems of the future. The new unifying themes: money, diversity, density, and creativity, paint a beautifully cohesive picture of my hometown and culminates in a fascinating exhibit in...More

I went to see the exhibit of World War I posters which was fascinating but the Stettheimer Dollhouse was incredible. It was created over 30 years and donated to the Musuem in the 1940's
