I have no idea whatsoever why Times Sq is deemed an attraction. It is just a collection of over-hyped brand retail outlets with nothing of unique merit to offer either tourists or locals. I had little option but to traverse this crowded assault course of...More

Times Square is a must! Extremely busy, buzzing place. Plenty of shops of all kinds. Just like home, but more hectic, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Circus etc. Lots of hotels located here too.

While it is an awesome sight, Times Square is too crowded, noisy, and smelly for me. And the nuts that are allowed to roam the streets make you very nervous.

TImes Square is a must see in New York City. Closed to car and taxi traffic, it is a pedestrian mall brimming with activity, from costumed comic book heroes to awful looking "babies" who are actually grown men in diapers! But, it is a thrilling...More
