The objects and papers on show gave me chills - fascinating, moving and gorgeous. A real gem of a museum/art gallery. Lovely cafe full of fabulously thin New York ladies of a certain age. Martinis were a surprise!

The Morgan Library is a must, since it was recently renovated and gained a new building inside the old building. This was a creation of Italian architect Renzo Piano. Enjoy the restaurant .

A gem of a museum. The exhibits are well design. The museum is a monument to excellence. Make plans for a fine and well appointed and prepared lunch. Wait staff is exceptional: not intrusive but alert.

Our 5th visit to the Morgan Library, and still it entrances. The current Memling exhibition did not disappoint and each viewing of the collection of antique manuscripts provides a 2-3 day filip.

The Library and Museum provide changing displays of timely topics. For example, in this 500th year of the start of the Reformation, the Library has brought forth its formidable collection of Luther memorabilia. There are artifacts you'll see nowhere else unless you travel to Germany.

Well worth the visit. Besides the great exhibits, the outside and inside architecture and decorations are awe-inspiring. Needs at least an hour to enjoy the experience. Try to get there for a tour.

Superb special exhibits on Martin Luther and Charlotte Bronte, restaurant was really good, everyone who works there tried hard to accomodate us. Gorgeous old library of JP Morgan, mosaics and art work of all periods.
