I just had a 4 day/night trip booked to New York for my birthday, and to get value for money had pre ordered 2 Explorer cards, which were brilliant! We used them to book the tribute tour at 911 Ground Zero next door to 10 Firehouse! We decided to book this tour, as it was taken by people directly affected... More

Difficult but compelling couple of hours in the company of three amazing people who lived and breathed the days and months of the attacks and aftermath. So many of our group were moved to tears. Highly recommend this shirt tour if you want to try to understand the horrors from first hand experiences. Huge well done and good luck with... More

While this may bot be the actual 9/11 museum, you definitely pay your respects and are able to connect with the day the US/Twin Towers were attacked and collapsed. We went with our 7 year old who had lots of questions and our 1 year old in a stroller. While the stroller is not allowed in the museum portion, you... More

We visited the Tribute Centre with our Explorer pass quite by accident. We thought we were given entry to the museum but when we got there we found out the pass was for the Tribute Centre. We were not disappointed. What a place. The very emotional tributes, the stories, some of the artefacts, a wealth of very stirring memories, all... More

Reliving that day in pics and videos was tough. Very emotional. The items on display with quotes and pics was hard to look at. But important to never forget.

This was our first attraction when visiting NYC. The Walking Tour and Tribute Centre was very moving. You are guided around by two volunteers who are either survivors, residents, first responders or people who have lost family members on 9.11. You get to hear about how the Trade Centres were built, the stories and accounts of what happened on the... More

I don't know anyone who was involved in 9/11 but remember watching it all unfold on the TV. I shed a tear at the stories and facts and pictures that I saw. It was an emotional experience.

Friendly, helpful staff, the centre is based next door to one of the WTC Fire Stations and is a poignant tribute to both victims and survivors. We were surprised and humbled to find that our female guide was a survivor from the Twin Towers and volunteered at the centre on her days off work. A REAL experience
