Nice oasis in middle of town

Really enjoyed stroll from Upper East Side to Upper West Side through Central Park. Nice exercise while appreciating this large urban park.

After the hustle and bustle of Manhattan it's great just to come here to relax, have a stroll through the park and recharge your batteries. We only stayed in the bottom end of the park but it was lovely walking through with snow all around. We started at the bottom right hand corner opposite the Plaza Hotel. We made our... More

What could've been better in a city that never sleeps a lovely stroll through the huge park, excellent time for the kids and a great walk.

Ok for a walk but with it been February not a lot to do as all the grassed area was cordoned off, there is a ice skating rink and a zoo to look at, apart from that nothing to do but walk.

Spent 2 mornings in Central Park and still only saw half of it . So much to see and do .Didnt use the horse and carriages or bike rides , because we enjoy walking and exploring . Pick up a park map and ask for help at the kiosk if you want to see something special. Also we loved the street... More

We started our amazing New York stay with a beautiful long walk in central Park. It is literally magical, and the photos we have will be a constant reminder of this special place. So close to 5th Ave and the hustle and bustle of the City; but an absolute haven!

This hotel is right next to central park. The location is great, easy access to park, time square and to all the high end clothing stores. The hotel itself is designed to perfection implementing all organic food and decor. The restaurant is spectacular and the service is great. Christopher and staff was very friendly and accomadating. I highly recommend this... More

My wife and I visited Central Park on our last day in New York, and had a nice walk round. We didn't see a lot, but what we saw was nice, spacious and pretty. I'd probably like to spend more time here exploring, but what we saw we liked! There were lot of touts selling tours and trips at the... More

If you haven't been in Central Park during your visit you haven't seen the true New York. If you are here during spring/summer do try to have a lunch picnic here. Go for a Run or walk...and leave the hectic and busy streets of NY for a while. Lots to experience; Don't forget to look at all the street art... More
