Nicely kept. Quiet walks. Lots of Florida fauna and flora. Good for picnics. Good for jogging. Bring water during hot months.

Bring a pick nick bring the kids. They have a great hands on exhibit inside the house and then take them for a quite walk through the many trails. Learn all about Florida's different Landscapes.

Nice relaxing strolls through the forest. Interesting and educational. Peaceful! Love to go back. Didn't see much animals though. Took some lovely pictures and were amazed as the botanic is so much different to what we are used to from Switzerland.

Yes, there are picnic benches near the visitor center building, as well as chairs In a screened building. The educational room inside the visitor center are possible, too.

No alligators there. There is a small frog pond and a canal that flows through, but no alligators.

No dogs are allowed in the park, even on a leash for the protection of the wildlife.
