After learning about the Liberty Public Market from Auto Club's monthly magazine, we took our husky and made the two-hour trip to San Diego to meet up with our friends who had recently moved to San Diego. This place used to be a U.S. Naval...More

We stopped here after having eaten at the Corvette Diner, just to see what it was about. We had a hard time figuring it out. One large building/area had many little food places - I guess that is where the public market concept comes in....More

We were meeting family in San Diego so they told us to meet them at Liberty Station. It’s a fun new place to eat and shop. There is something for everyone. One person got Indian food, several had crepes, another a beef brisket sandwich and...More

Great stop while in San Diego for shopping, food or just walking around. There is so much going on and has a really good trendy vibe.

Who likes food? How about good craft food? I thought so. It was a rhetorical question anyway. I don’t know how, but the first time I went to Stone Brewery I totally missed it. It’s off to the side and has very minimal signage. This...More

Dozens of food vendors line the halls with anything and everything you could imagine: fresh squid ink pasta, kombucha, elaborate pastries, world-renowned cheeses, poke`, vegan fare, and so so much more. Many of them offer happy hour specials on food, so check the market's site....More

We found this market area on the recommendation of a local, there are many great places to eat or take away food. The empanadas are great, and there is a big bread bakery that has amazing baked goods, from cinnamon rolls, to pastries, to breads.

The dining room is large enough, but when we were there, it was completely full. If it's a busy day, you wouldn't find enough empty seats.
