Petco is a great ball park and makes for a fun day, despite the struggles the Padres may be having. Kids will love the Park in the Park, which presents a fun family environment. There is good variety of food and Petco has embraced the...More

You cannot beat a good baseball game. This place has open house days when games are not being played. There's a small dog park right behind which looks like a baseball in field, Very cool.

Decided to get tickets for a game whilst visiting from UK. Well kept stadium with helpful staff. Tickets were good value for money and collection of tickets was well organised. Good food and drink options and plenty of toilets. Fun atmosphere. Great for families.

We recently spent time in San Diego, CA and spent some time at Petco Park. We got to see the Padres play the Giants. I like this stadium and liked the fan experience that it offered besides the game itself.

Take one of the tours they offer each day. I believe there's one at 10:30 each morning. It ranges from $12-15 per person and they cover a lot of stuff about the ballpark during the tour.

You'll find a lot of local micro brews throughout the park so perhaps maybe unofficially the "official drink" here is a nice cold draft beer. As for food it's hard to pick something out, again the food is primarily clones... More
