We went to see the cherry blossoms and to enjoy some nice photos. Easy walkable gardens. It’s peaceful and serene and we were lucky to enjoy the cherry blossoms late in its season. The hours are 10-7, $10 for adults, $8 for students. You can...More

Very nice and calm garden, but honestly over priced at $10 admission fee. Felt a bit like a rip-off.

This is always a beautiful relaxing stroll through the gardens. It can appear overwhelming because of the hillside it is located on but if you take your time you are sure to enjoy the scenery.

For years, visitors in the Park would pass a stone marker, just outside a silent gate, promising the arrival of a Friendship Garden. One day. As the Friendship Garden has expanded from those early years, a miniature garden with bonsais, to what it's become today,...More

One of the prettiest spots in Balboa Park, a fairly large garden with impressive landscaping. Popular and a little crowded.
