This one of the most beautiful zoo's I've been to. Disappointed so many areas were under construction right now. The sky way was awesome . Its a great way to get across the park .
We spent six wonderful hours exploring the zoo, and still did not manage to see everything. The animals are fabulous, but the habitats and educational information accompaning each are what really made the experience for us.
This is one of my favorite places to visit in San Diego. It is best to visit toward the late afternoon, as the animals are more active.
