We live in Brookline and between covid and Uber all the local taxi companies have gone out of business. So this is the second time with have used Boston Airport Express to get to the airport and both times we have been very happy with it. It cost slightly more than a regular taxi but not that much more. And the service has been reliable, on time, helpful with luggage, courteous and efficient. If we fly again, we will use them again.

I was visiting Boston with my 2 year old and didn't want to lug a car seat on the plane, so I booked my transportation ahead of time with Boston Airport Express. I usually use Uber or take the T, but Uber doesn’t have a car seat option and there was no way in hell I was going to try to wrangle my kid and my luggage onto the silver line. I was able to book a van with an age-appropriate car seat right on their web site the night before my trip. Our flight landed early, but the driver had been tracking our flight and was there waiting for us when we arrived. He helped me with our luggage and the stroller, and could not have been any nicer. Booked then again to get back to the airport when it was time to fly home. Traveling with a toddler is stressful enough, but this service made our transition from the airport to the hotel extremely stress-free. This frazzled mama can’t recommend them highly enough!

Boston Airport Shuttle service driver Shafan was early and accommodating. He drove us to the airport on time and was very personable. It is difficult to get service, so we were very appreciative. I must inform you that it is expensive, but some other services were even higher.

Mr. Omar Khan was perfectly on time for my very early pickup (3:15am!) the day before Thanksgiving. I received his contact information a day prior and was able to be in touch and request a text when he was on his way. It really eased my mind to know there was someone designated to pick me up - I didn’t want to risk ordering a ride share at that hour of the morning. I will certainly use Boston AirPort Express again!

We have used Boston AirPort Express for trips to and from Logan for the past 6 or 7 years. Shefan, Omar and Rahul have always been very efficient and polite. They are always on time and eager to help with loading and unloading of luggage. Pricing is very reasonable for this level of service. We highly recommend Boston AirPort Express !!!

We’ve used Stefan for all our recent airport trips. With a two year old, it is so helpful to have a ride with a car seat scheduled in advance and waiting for you coming to and from the airport. Costs a little more but the peace of mind and reliability is well worth it.

Shafan, the driver and owner of the cab company, was right on time picking up my wife and me at Logan Airport. He loaded our luggage, had us seated in minutes and got us to our home in the Boston suburbs in short order. He knows the shortcuts to get around rush hour traffic. We will definitely call him for our next trip.

Just traveled to and from Boston and had another safe, reliable ride w Boston AirPort Express. They are the only car service I have depended on for the last three years. I most appreciate the excellent communication by text and email especially when the driver is assigned with his info and that the drivers are never on time—always early so I never have to wonder if they are showing up on time. The driver also calls me when I land to let me know he is already there and waiting. Finding the white van is as easy as a short walk out door 102 of Boston airport. The driver is always waiting for me.

Very easy to schedule. Has car seat options for children. Good communication with driver. Nice spacious clean vehicle with tv and water. Pricy, but good. This is the 2nd time that we used this company.

Shafan was prompt in confirming my reservation. Aside from email confirmation he called to make sure! This is the 2nd time snd always comes 5-10 minutes early! Friendly but not intrusive! Great service!
