Top ways to experience Elite Limo Boston and nearby attractions
The area
Neighbourhood: Charlestown
Charlestown’s hilly roads, narrow streets and gaslight lamps, make it an enticing neighborhood to visit. Follow the Freedom Trail over the Washington St bridge from the North End or take the scenic water locks to Paul Revere Park. Walk through City Square and stroll down cute Main street, wandering up the windy residential streets to Monument Square, where you can learn about the city’s history along with a great view of Boston at the Bunker Hill Monument. While it’s not a huge area, there are some excellent restaurants. Find your way to the Charlestown Navy Yard, which is a developing area with lots of condos and an additional site for Massachusetts General Hospital research centers. Here you will also find the USS Constitution Museum. After you’re done, hop on an MBTA ferry at the dock on Baxter street and zip on over to Long Wharf and the New England Aquarium.

We wanted to take a day from Boston to see the coast and this was the perfect excursion for my senior parents. The ride was so comfortable and our driver Mostafa was so gracious and kind. Such an easy way to see beautiful sights without the hassle of figuring out directions or parking and he was happy to stop anywhere we liked.

Derek was wonderful! He took us to several locations throughout Salem while also giving us some free time to look around and do some shopping on our own. The ride was smooth, the car spacious and comfortable, and with all of Derek’s stories the trip went by quickly. Thanks so much for a great adventure.

HI there,
Myself and my two daughters took this tour on our recent trip to Boston. Derek (our driver and guide) arrived at our hotel bang on time, our meeting time arrangements, pickup and locations were simple and efficient.
Derek had a wealth of knowledge being a local - had loads of information, Boston and local history, movie locations, anecdotes of famous characters, the Boston Tea Party and how the Revolution kicked off, being from the area he knew loads.
The movie locations were amazing, Derek knew all the great locations of movies from The Town, The Departed, Gone Baby Gone, Good Will Hunting, even stopping at bars and pubs from the movies for a bevvy, telling us little tidbits about the movies, TV shows and locations that only the locals know - all in the comfort of his amazing Audi (not sure of the model but a big comfy one).
We went all over Boston, to world class bakeries in the North End, over to Charlestown, South Boston, Boyleston Street, taking us to some special places, retail shops etc again only the locals know about..
One cool thing, Derek put on a scene from the movie 'The Town' on his dash screen we could watch as we actually drove past it - fabulous!
I cannot recommend this tour enough - Derek was fun, informative and professional. Do yourself a favor if you're into movie location tours or history, or just as a 'Get to know Boston' introduction Derek can customize your tour basically to what interests you - my daughters and I had a fabulous time and came away with so much local knowledge...
We loved our time in this amazing city!
Highly recommended.

Derek was great and a lot of fun! He made the tour seem more like a new friend showing you around his city instead of those official tour guides that stick to a script and site. The flexibility that allows you to modify and suggest specific sites you would like to see made the tour even better. Derek is very knowledgeable and was more than willing to answer any questions or provide suggestions on places to eat or see. A great way to see Boston.

I booked this tour two weeks in advance through Viator and received a confirmation email. I was in Boston for one day visiting from a cruise ship. On the day of the cruise I called the limo service 15 minutes prior to the tour to let them know of our location. 20 minutes later the limo service called me back to tell me our tour was canceled stating they didn’t have a driver for the tour. They explained they called Viator to cancel and Viator told them not to contact us the clients, and Viator would contact us. I never received a phone call, email or refund notification that the tour was canceled from either company. When I called Viator they told me the tour was confirmed. They called the limo service and the limo service explained to Viator the tour was canceled. I had to ask Viator to issue me a refund as they still didn’t understand what was happening. I was traveling with my 80 year old parents and Viator couldn’t offer me a reason why the communication didn’t take place between the limo service and their company. I explained how disappointed I was because if I had known the day before the tour was canceled I could have made alternate plans. If you are looking for a reliable tour to take place on the date and time you booked do not book this tour. No one will contact you if it’s canceled and you will be left wondering what happened with little explanation or customer service. This was a terrible situation to be in an unfamiliar place when it’s hot and with elderly parents. This experience was with Viator, but since the tour is offered on Trip Advisor I want to make potential customers aware of the situation was in as the limo company could just as easily cancel a confirmed reservation with Trip Advisor with little to no warning.

Derek was excellent. To have a private driver take you on a tour of Boston makes the experience so much more enjoyable. You pick and choose where and what you want to see and do. I wanted to incorporate part of the Freedom Trail route with this tour and he kindly accommodated that. I love that there’s no rush or following a crowd aimlessly. It was in, out and go - important when time is of the essence.
We got great tips about where to eat in Boston and we even stopped to buy one of the infamous Boson cream pies from the best bakery in Boston.
When we got notice that our flight was delayed for five hours Derek dropped us to the train station so we could catch the Amtrak to NYC. This turned out to be a saviour as it was ultra comfortable and so enjoyable (we will never fly from NYC to Boston again ) plus we ended up ten minutes from where we were staying in Manhattan.
We had spent a day in Boston, ostensibly for a campus tour of Harvard for my daughter, but also to learn as much as possible about the birth of Independence, as quickly as possible. The Flexibility with Derek allowed for that, plus we went in the afternoon which was the only time we could go and other tours only left in the morning.
Super commentary too, insightful and funny. We left so much more knowledgeable than when we started. We were only two people but if you had six it would be much cheaper per person. Plus with the SUV you feel safer and you could see much more. Derek is an excellent driver and he knew when traffic would be busy and worked the schedule around that. All in all it was a super experience.

I noticed you had airport service also. We wondered, since we can't get into our hotel till afternoon, if we could combine being picked up from the airport with a VIP tour?
