I particularly enjoy watching wild life here, mostly birds. I have seen swans and blue heron, as well as the usual ducks and geese. It is such a relaxing place to take a walk and enjoy nature.

Nice place to relax or walk around the pond. Parking is an issue. People also ride bikes on the pathway. They have sailing lessons for kids in season.

On Sunday the weather was beautiful and our 3 generation family walked part of the way around the pond. This is a wonderful central gathering place for families and couples in good weather.

Early morning or late afternoon the light is so kind... People from every color are either walking or running or king an hour on the bench for dreaming, or meditating. I love these hours when I either walk fast with my music or walk leisurely...More

Visited Boston and stayed in Jamaica Plain. Walked around the pond in Jamaica Plain at sunset. Just beautiful. Saw many joggers and walkers. A family of ducks too! No biking or swimming allowed. Very nice relaxing place to visit!

This Boston neighborhood feels like a distinct
community unique and separate from the bustle of other
areas. Beautiful Victorian homes, restaurants with an
emphasis on being eco-friendly and providing local and
organic food, and a large Hispanic community. Visit
Centre and South streets for restaurants, cafes, and
little shops. The Arnold Arboretum is a beautiful,
large green space well worth a visit if you venture to
