Just grabbed a quick lunch at the bar. The service and lobster roll were both excellent!! The meal came quick and the food was very fresh. Great atmosphere to enjoy a relaxing lunch.

Went here with friends and while it was not a cheap brunch, it was absolutely worth the money. The cocktails were delicious and the Lobster Benedict was divine.

When the room is full of locals in the middle of the week, you know it's the right place to eat. Full of history, a menu of wide variety and price, with hand crafted cocktails and you have the spot your looking for after you foot dogs start barking. And your real pup is welcome too! So GO! DJ

I went here with friends before the Duck Tour for a quick drink. The waitress quickly took our order and was pleasant about taking our picture. It's a beautiful setting for relaxing with a glass of wine, don't miss it!

I went to the long bar on two consecutive nights. The people were fun and sophisticated, the staff were fun and sophisticated, especially the barmen. The cocktails were strong and delicious and the bar snacks were inspired. Good value- highly recommended.

We ate here while resident at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. Both my husband and I enjoyed the tasty food provided both on the evening and at breakfast times. Portion sizes were good and the service from all staff was polite, attentive and friendly.

Beautiful cozy place, and the food was surprisingly good - especially the warm bread. Crowded on weekends

Had a business lunch at the Oak Room. Service was spot-on, noise level was low. I had the Cobb salad - interesting combination of greens and onions and walnuts, paired with oven-fried chicken. Nicely dressed and a great flavor combo.

Memories of New York and my childhood visiting the Waldorf, or winter in Palm beach at the Breakers sits aside this gem. It's beautiful in history and architecture with friendly & knowledgeable staff. They will guide you through the city with their conversation as you wait for your cuisine and fresh Libations. Brilliant- Just as expected.

We arrived on time for our reservation and thought what a great space. Unfortunately downhill from there. The martinis arrived warm and when we politely asked them to chill them more they came back slightly cooler. I mean what's a martini without floating ice chips in them for being shaken hard? We ordered the beef jerky foie gras and shishito... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
