Great waterside location overlooking both the Boston city skyline and harbor, short walking distance to/from the Seaport district. Limited food (pretzels) but all the variety of beers you would want, I tried an Alt for the first time and was impressed. Be prepared to mingle...More

LOVED LOVED LOVED the Harpoon Brewery! We happened to have one of their Camp Wannamango beers at a local hotel and started talking to the waiter about how fantastic the beer was. The waiter let us know the Harpoon Brewery was nearby and well worth...More

We trekked here a couple miles from our hotel in Downton Boston and ventured across the bridge to visit Harpoon. We were quite parched by the time we made it to the brewery. A big selection of their fresh brewed beers on tap. Although we...More

This brewery is a little out of the way but well worth the trip! We went and took a tour of the brewery (cost $5/person) and in that tour you get to sample a ton of their beers. Before we took the tour, we ate...More

Stopped on a Friday afternoon for a brew with my wife. The few staff that were working carefully avoided making eye contact with us as we stood at the bar. Service was beyond terrible, it was nonexistent. Ended up leaving without ever getting served.

Got there early and got on one of the first tours. Goes relativity fast, and some parts are hard to hear. Tour was pretty good, not the best I've been on, but The Tasting Room at the end was great. The room is lined with...More

$5 each for a brewery tour is super cheap and a real treat, get a tour of the brewery and then a session of tasting beers or cider, awesome and enjoyable. The main beer hall is huge, a bar that is central and efficient. Plenty...More

Weird one but can this at all be enjoyable if you're underage? I'll be 20 at the time; I'm not intending to drink clearly. Just seems like it might be something fun to do while I'm in Boston.

There are some yummy beer pretzels and other great food to nibble on while you enjoy HB home brewed root beer. I took my 15 year old son and he seemed to enjoy the food, drink and break in the day.
Is there parking?

Plenty of parking if you get there before everyone gets out of work.
