This is a wonderful activity, whether you're a local or from out of town. You can get on without a ticket at any of the stops, and then pay for the ride later when the tour gets to the ticket booth at what is technically...More

Baron (a.k.a. Tim) was our driver and he was informative and hysterical. We had a wonderful tour. Unfortunately, my daughter left her phone on the trolley and my phone was also dead. We headed back to the wharf and caught the last trolley driver, Steve,...More

Family and I enjoyed our city tour. Our driver tour guide Johnny Peasy (spelling?) was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and very proud to show off his city. Worth the money.

We've taken other hop on hop off trolleys (St Augustine, DC). This one had no AC & it was 91. Boston is small so it was not as interesting. Driver was very funny though.

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with
historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through
one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston
Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling
statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have

You can get on and off at any of the stops - if you can find them. Old Town Trolley is much better. They have 19 stops and Cityview has only 9. You get much more for your money with Old Town.
