This museum is fantastic for everyone. The planetarium and imax shows are great. The exhibit halls are full of rich, interactive exhibits. The new hall of human life is especially fun. Great center for exploration for 8 and under, as well as exhibits for all ages in the main halls. If you have older kids, don't miss the engineering challenge... More

Really enjoyed this museum and wish I'd had more time. My husband and I went and thoroughly enjoyed it. Found the top floor to be most interesting. I'd start there then work your way down.

Arrival feels a little chaotic and needs work and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed by the numbers. We were directed to the self service ticket machines which were a little over complicated as I am sure with a little help we could have got a better deal; if pre booking is possible next time I would pre-book though there... I have been to the Museum of Science several times. NEVER a bad experience. $25 for adult, well worth it. But, plan to spend a lot of time there. If you have kids, spend the day or at least half the day. Exhibits change, so many to look at. Many very interactive. Kids will love this place, even older ones.... More

I have been coming to this wonderful museum since I was a young child. As a senior citizen, I have watched it grow to the sophisticated and modern facility of today. It is large, varied, clean and very well run. It is also busy, always full of children (as it should be) and noisy. This visit was my first as... More

Really great museum for adults and children alike. I (an adult in my late 30s) was traveling by myself and had a blast. I would say it's equally geared toward adults as it is for kids. If I were traveling in Boston with children, I would definitely add this place to the list. So much to learn, regardless of your... More

Took our grandson here during school vacation week. Yeah, it was crowded! We got there early but by the time we left, it was really getting crowded. Exhibits to excite any person. And enough variety that you can always find something new and exciting. We did the lightening show, and while I found it great, the little guy (6) was... More

This is a great museum. There is a lighting generator that little kids find delightful. Easy to get to on the MBTA
