The rangers at the visitor center asked what our interests were for our visit and gave us a wonderful itinerary! They were very knowledgeable of the hiking trailers so they can suggest anything for any hiking level. We look forward to exploring more next time.

Six thousand feet up and in the clouds. Breathtaking. Definitely a bucket list trip. Stop and buy the t-shirt that turns colors when exposed to the sun.

So glad I went to the visitors center . Got me completely informed of what was ahead . Wanted to see the slow beauty of it. If you aren’t sure of it . Then definitely stop in.

Lots of handmade items to view. Great stop to walk around and stretch your legs ask questions, get a map. Many talented artist works to choose from. Also got a great jacket in the gift shop.

We pulled in here on a whim to see if we could pick up some pamphlets or a map as we entered the parkway area. Great location and restrooms, nice staff!
