Nice central city place to gather for outside entertainment, festivals, etc.

Great place for small outside concerts and the larger surrounding promenade is good for city wide festivals, arts and craft shows, etc. Nice fountain area for kids in the summer.

Nice, artsy little area , but There are other parts of Asheville that are more appealing and interesting. If you have the time, it's worth a stop. If not, visit more interesting parts of the area

Very nice outdoors space downtown well worth visiting. The weather was not great while I was in town so it was rather empty. I can imagine this place hops when the weather is nice.

The square shows complete economic diversity where a business man and a homeless man will be talking with no judgement. The food there is excellent! If you stay in Asheville this is an absolute Can't miss

This is a nice area that is located centrally in downtown Asheville. Many festivals and craft fairs are held in the square. It's also a good spot to find a public bathroom. Check out Pack's Tavern while there.

During the summer months I really enjoy the live music and taking my daughter to play in the water. So relaxing infact I fell asleep once on the grass in the park and no one bothered me.

Pack Square is a delightful little open space in Asheville’s urban core. I’ve watched it evolve over the decades, and they’ve got it right now. If the weather cooperates, take a stroll and then find a bench and enjoy the people-watching. The Pack Square area of Asheville is very good-looking and historically interesting, so if the weather is a bit... More

Went with our 2 year old son who loved playing in the water. Fun spot when it's hot! Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.
