Warren, author of HAUNTED ASHEVILLE, we offer five different paranormal tours, & we are the ONLY tour that takes you inside the "Asheville Mystery Museum" in the basement of the Masonic Lodge! This was the best ghost tour I've ever taken! The guide was very knowledgeable and told the stories in a straightforward non-theatrical way... kind of a "draw your own conclusions" way. Along with the tales of hauntings, he gave us lots of general history, which...More

I did this same tour a few years back and it was so much better. There were a lot more stories not just 3. The focus now seems to be on the museum which is well a tad bit cheesy and less "artefacts."

My husband and I always manage to find some kind of haunted or ghost tour anywhere we go. However, this Asheville tour was different than most. Tad was our guide, and he was not only informative, quirky, and entertaining, but he is an expert in...More

This was an excellent tour! Our guide was Brian and he's very knowledgeable of not only the history of the city, but of the paranormal field itself. He'll give you both the rumors and the facts. Highly recommend this tour!

Haunted Asheville shows you the Asheville you won't see on a daytime tour. Brian was a great guide. Very knowledgeable about the history of Asheville

This isn't one of those silly tours that people jump out at you. This is a dynamic guide telling fantastic stories about Asheville's dark underbelly.

Asheville is my favorite city and this tour is one of the reasons for that. It was a wonderful two and a half hours. Definitely will suggest this to others.

If you are looking for the old standby kitschy ghost tour, this isn't for you. The guide is a native of Asheville who provided a generous amount of history speckled with some of the underbelly activity of the city to help paint a picture of...More

Meeting and ending at the Masonic Temple is intriguing unto itself. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and held my attention well. He had excellent story-telling skills. I found it odd how many people chose to bring their kids on a tour that talked about murder...More

Yes, it is a walking tour, but the pace is quite gentle and easy. Mid October in Asheville would mean jeans and a jacket, as the tour begins in the evening, but be sure to check the weather first.
