Never in our lives have we toured a home or estates so beautiful. And it's tucked away in North Carolina! Really shows how excessive an individual with money can be!!! Just incredible, especially the greenhouse. Plan to visit over two days to see everything!

To be fair I was shocked when I read online that it was $50 and more shocked when it turned out to be $65... BUT it's worth it. Not only is there definitely a full days worth of activities, the grounds and the house are beautifully maintained and you can tell themoney is being put to use, not just taken... More

I took my twin 9 year old sons here on a Wednesday in March for their Spring Break. We have been reading the Seraphina books so they wanted to see Biltmore for themselves to see where the scenes in the book took place. The house is so neat. It is absolutely stunning. They have a special exhibit going on right... More

We are annual passholders and have been for over 3 years! I absolutely love everything about the Biltmore Estate. All of the employees are amazing and he love each visit. I love to come see the gardens in every season! We have taken hikes and bike rides. Eaten at the restaurants and stayed at both hotels! We have never had... More

We travelled to North Carolina on our March break and stayed in Asheville to visit the Biltmore and Grove Park Inn. We booked our tickets online in advance to save a bit of money (visiting the Biltmore is expensive!). We didn't get the audio tour, and that may have caused us to miss some info. Our kids found it interesting,... More

Spent a family birthday celebration weekend at Biltmore. We enjoyed the free-form audio-guide house tour and then splurged on the extra rooftop tour, which was great for the views and learning more about the history and architecture of the house. Did not enjoy the Stable Cafe - not impressed by food AND they seated us over a freezing air vent... More

We spent several days touring the estate and grounds including several of the special tours. The size and elegance of the mansion is almost overwhelming. There was a fashion exhibit that added significantly to the ambience of each room. It was hard to believe that an individual could have the funds to build and operate such an extraordinary home. It... More

This is an incredible house! I have dreamed of coming here and seeing in real life was not a disappointment. It is a long tour about 2 hours so little kids under 10 might get tired...: My 9 year old did the tour but was exhausted my 10 year old loved it. Do yourself a favor and get the audio... More
