The Biltmore house is pretty spectacular, but the atmosphere they create for the holidays is down-right magical. It could put even the biggest grinch in the Christmas spirit!

We have been wanting to visit the Biltmore Estate for a numbers of years and finally did today. We had a handicap individual with us and so we could only toured the first and second floors. It was nice but one time visiting was enough....More

Enjoyed our tour of the Biltmore home, gardens, and wine store. Self guided tour with audio was perfect.

5 stars for the house itself....lots to see inside and you don't really need to buy the audio tour to get a good sense of the house, the history, and the ambience of the by-gone era. There is quite good signage inside and the little...More

I was prepared to feel rushed, crowded and underwhelmed. My experience was absolutely the opposite. If you care at all for American history, architecture or horticulture, prepare to be blown away! The home visit and the Gardens are easily worth $55 each ($55 being the...More

Thank you for your question. The Audio Guide is intended to be used one per person. It is a handheld mp3 player, designed much like a telephone, that you hold up to your ear to learn more about the rooms, family, and objects... More
