Visited this park in December. Its free to visit which is always nice. We rented kayaks and paddled by the mangroves and in some channels. It was windy and there wasn't great visibility. Glad I did it but if I had to do over again...More

You need to be able to swim. You can't stand up in the marine sanctuary.
