Very small museum with tribute to a single athlete. Mostly memorabilia. Dang good golfer. Worth a stop if in the area but not a real destination.

This is a very small museum that is a bit out of the way. It focuses only on Babe. She is from Beaumont, and she was a great athelete in many sports...especially golf/

Not a large museum, but definitely worth a stop. Babe was a truly outstanding, once-in-a-lifetime athlete - few if any men could touch her accomplishments. Everyone needs to know about her. You can see the whole museum comfortably in 30-45 minutes, and it's just off...More

After you've visited the museum, don't forget to visit her grave at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (Google it or checkout findagrave). In addition to her grave you will also find the Big Bopper buried here. Very nice well maintained place. Recommended

Small museum. Good parking. Limited in scope; About only one of the local people who did well. Next to the soccer fields

Quite a nice tribute to this professional golfer and her accomplishments. It doesn't take too long to go through the museum, however it is full of information about a talented woman who excelled years before women's lib.

Not bad for the price ;). This is basically a place to house pictures, medals and trophies from Babe's life. Nothing fancy or interactive. Takes about 15 minutes to look at everything tops. She was an amazing athlete but we learned more about her from...More

Babe was a gold medal Olympian that started playing Golf and did so well that the men formed a Women's PGA league and forced her to play in her own league and not against them. Very interesting museum, a classic hidden gem in Beaumont and...More

This is a small museum dedicated to displaying medals and trophys as well as pictures of Babe Didrickson Zaharias who was a masterful athlete. We did not feel very safe while visiting this museum! Should be located near other museums! Wouldn't recommend this for folks...More
