January is a great time to visit the Moab area - less crowds and winter beauty. Because winter weather can be so variable, we'd recommend stopping by the MIC when you arrive for recommendations on the best places to go based on current conditions.Lastly, although many are closed, there are several restaurants here that are open all year.
