This is a lovely park, and a great lunch stop if you are wheeling the Sand Flats Area. Just know that they close the restrooms in winter. Take a walk around and look at the art and fun areas.

The park has a lot of instruments where you can perform or just enjoy the music someone else is playing. Great place for a picnic and to relax reading a book.

We're a fulltime RV family traveling around the US. I needed to find an interesting place to put the kids and I for a few hours. Rotary Park was a great surprising find. Not only does it have a perfect little playground for the kids, some interesting older kid climbing structure and bathrooms, but the real unique feature is the... More

We visited here with my three-year-old and it's a wonderful park to bring kids away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Large trees give enough shade that you don't get too hot.

Beautiful park with drums & xylophones adding a nice "twist." This kept both children & adults busy while others were preparing the picnic.

This was a great park, they have tons of drums and xylophones and large pipes to bang on. There's also two bridges overlooking the Moab river and a large grassy area with trees for shading, as well as a play place. However there are no awnings or shades over the play place so children can not play in the summer... More

Absolutely loved the "musical" playground area. Wonderful idea and would like to see it in more parks. Very nice park with lots of open areas, neat little amphitheater, paved walkways, etc... Loved it!

We had a lot of food left over from driving around Moab parks, so for our last get together we stopped there to have a picnic. What we found was an area that was loaded with all kinds of music makers made out of different material. All of us, big and little, had to spend some time beating on these... More

I just read an article about the top ten 'must see' playgrounds in the united states. Rotary "musical" park in Moab Utah was on the list. We've been visiting this park for years and it never disappoints. Even the grownups get into playing all of the instruments! Remember....no dogs allowed!

A great place to stop off and eat lunch, or spend the afternoon with the kids. We stopped to air up after coming off the trails above. No dust and much quieter. Park is shady, and relaxing. Certainly worth the stop.
