NavTec guides are great and the 4 wheeling in Canyonlands/rafting on the Colorado is a great way to see the area from above and below. It is a full day adventure and worth the price.

We researched and booked this backcountry adventure before we left home. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to the southwest. We chose the 4 PM sunset tour which was perfect-not too hot and the setting of the sun provided wonderful lighting for photos....More

Hunter was great. We went into the back side of Arches. We saw arches that you can only see by going into the back country.

This 4x4 trail is quite precarious in several places and requires an experienced driver. In fact, in a few places it was hard for my family to recognize any trail at all. Our guide John was a very competent driver as well as being a...More

Our decision to book an all-day 4x4 tour of Canyonlands was very last-minute but was a highlight of our trip to red rock country. This tour featured unbelievably spectacular scenery and a close-up experience of the bottom of the canyon that you can only get...More

1/2 Day river trip from Moab. Spent a great morning on the river drifting through some wonderful scenery, with swallows and bald eagles.. Rapids were pretty tame but enough to get a bit wet and great fun! Great crew.

The NAVTEC Combo Expedition was exactly what we planned for to begin our Utah National Parks vacation. The 4X4 ride into Canyonlands was extraordinary and educational. Our guide, Sharon, was extremely knowledgeable, knew terrain, and landmarks. We could not have accomplished on our own what...More

My friends and I only had one day to spend in Arches, so my aunt suggested we try a jeep tour, and we were so happy she did! We quickly learned we'd be going out in a Toyota Landcruiser, not a jeep, and this proved...More

I would like to know how the road work in Arches is impacting the 4 x 4 tour? Also, is this suitable for a 6 year old? How many people in a vehicle. We might be 4 adults and 1 child. And, we are thinking of staying at Moab under Canvas. Is that a pickup point?

Hi MandMR14! Since our tour of Arches Nat'l Park is primarily a Backcountry Tour, meaning we're on the 4x4 trails of the Park, we haven't been affected by the construction too much. We run Toyota Landcruiseres on these... More

My husband and I will be coming through the Moab area on May 24 and 25. He has an aphasia Dementia and jeep rides, river rafting bother him. I think he could hike, but not for long periods of time or for long distances. What would be our best way to see this wonderful area? I am not opposed to driving, but think I would get more out of it with a tour guide.
