Is a unique house inside of a giant rock. The place is very unique and I think it worth the 10 minutes ride from Moab. They also have a little zoo, but I never been there. We just had the tour (around 10 minutes) between tours other 10 minutes. They have a fun antiques collection and you can take a... More

Very reasonable admission fee at $6.00 for the "12 minute tour." Worth seeing to say you saw it....... swing by on your way in or out of town. The assorted bits and pieces around the property are as interesting as the inside - so make sure you see all the little goodies. We did not go by the attached "zoo"... More

Ruth hadn't seen this roadside attraction for a " few Years"! So we took the tour, which will not disappoint. Enjoyed the gift shop not to mention all the fun Outside too.

This is definitely an unusual thing to see - a family home literally inside of a rock! Tours are very short (15 minutes tops), there is a gift shop, interesting grounds with kitschy statues, etc. and a petting zoo (which we did not do because it cost extra). An interesting thing to see once or show out of town guests,... More

Had just left Moab and came across this hidden gem. The petting zoo was awesome and reasonably priced and the staff was super friendly!

A 5000 sq ft house built into the side of this rock. The tour is only $6.50 and takes 12 mins. I was here 40 years ago and was happy to see it again.

"Hole N" The Rock" as it officially appears on the cliff face is a fascinating roadside attraction. Why the N is punctuated like that will remain a great mystery. Why a dear young couple built a home in the rock face does not remain a mystery. In the tacky gift shop, you pay for your tour, which totals around 20... More

The hole in the rock was very cool. I think the tour could be more fun and entertaining. Was just a simple here it is if you want more info buy the book tour. My kids loved the zoo part. They loved feeding the animals. That was lots of fun.

We didn't do the tour but walked around the grounds and in the gift shop. We got some yummy ice cream and took a few pictures. Nice area to check out and let kids run around.

I wish I could rate the zoo and the rest of it separately. I enjoyed the tour and seeing all the weird stuff around the property but the zoo was pretty sad. The animals were dirty and need bigger cages. The baby billygoat was really cute though! All in all it's a neat place and worth a quick stop.
