This. Company. Rocks. Seriously, booked a private gear rental for a whitewater trip in Westwater Canyon. Katherine as incredibly helpful with pre-trip planning. Additionally, she was so very gracious in working out pickup and return. The staff were also wonderful and super easy going. The company as a whole is quite professional and made for an epic part of our trip! When, not if, we return to Moab, there is not another company I will use. I am pleased to know that I have a reliable rafting company as a resource now in Wild West!

We did the half day guided kayaking tour. It was excellent! We selected this group based on the reviews and they lived up to their reviews and then some! I have been on several kayaking trips and this was one of the best and most professional. The guides, Mark and Jonah, were helpful, kind, fun and shared interesting stories. The well cared for equipment was top-notch. We experienced some fun Class 2 rapids that were easily maneuvered. We had a great time and highly recommend Wild West Voyages.

Fall kayaking is super popular for the lower-key rapids and the amazing scenery. Thank you for giving a shout out here to Mark and Jonah, seasoned professionals who love what they do. If this trip were a taco, the river would be the main ingredient. And your guides are the salsa, the tortilla, and extra chili powder. So glad we could concoct a great experience for you!

We did a half day guided kayak tour with Adam and my friend was super nervous about fast or turbulent water so they took us on a beautiful calm 8 mile kayak paddle with such amazing views! Adam had all these great rock formations to point out and trivia about the rocks and the area. It was amazing and we were super novice kayakers. Constance was our driver and the owner who checked us in was so great, she was worried that we were nervous and made sure we were well taken care of. Amazing group and I highly recommend to kayak or raft with them!!!!!

...and now you are no longer "super novice" kayakers! I remember talking with you at check-in. So glad you like the route where Adam took you. I feel one of our strengths is that everyone you met is a river person and understands the apprehension of the unknown, and the joy of a wonderful river day. Thanks for paddling with us!

We did a half day guided kayak trip on the Colorado River. Our guide was Constance and Dow was our Driver. They were delightful ambassadors and answered our thousand questions about Moab, hiking, the river and more. Constance was a thoughtful and prepared guide and we had a complete blast kayaking the river.

6 of us rented inflatable kayaks for a day from Wild West Voyages to kayak down the Colorado River. Before our trip, we were given a recommended route, which included a put in spot, a take out spot and overview of what we would encounter - flat water and some class I/II rapids. WWV provided the kayaks, pfds, paddles, 2 pumps and dry bags. When we arrived, the kayaks were inflated and we were able to load them into one of our trucks, and the other gear in the other truck and off we went! WWV provided great directions on how to find the put in (Onion Creek) and take out (Sandy Beach) spots. Kayaks were easy to maneuver in the water. We had a great day kayaking down the Colorado, through the canyons. We even spotted some wildlife on our trip (a cow : ), ducks, herons, turkeys and river otters).

I think kayaks are such a great way to interact with the water, on water level. Then when you see wildlife (yes, even cows), you can easily maneuver into a position to watch the show. It seems we agree on this! Thank you for planning your day with us and for sharing your experience here. Cheers from WWV!
