Having been to the Monterrey aquarium, we were really looking forward to seeing the San Francisco aquarium since San Francisco is much larger than Monterrey. What a disappointment. To start, parking at Fisherman's wharf was $12 an hour. Thinking we would be in the aquarium...More

The aquarium of the bay is good, but exceedingly busy being on Pier 39 and the aquarium at the California Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate park has much more selection and much more of a wow factor

Very nice tunnel where you can see the fishes. Interesting otter demonstration. But don't expect to spent more than 1 hour. This is a bit expensive for the size.

The aquarium is small and there is not too much to see or do. We finished our visit in about an hour and paid around 100$ for a family of four.

This is a relatively small aquarium for the price you pay to visit. I was expecting a lot more sharks in the tunnel. The touch tank has very little to touch. There is another aquarium in the city that might be a better place to...More

The aquarium was included as part of our San Francisco city pass. I never would have paid full price to go. The aquarium is small, we finished in 1 hour and that was taking our time at each exhibit and talking to the education staff....More

My husband and I were killing time before attending the S.F. Giants Game. We noticed the aquarium on our last visit when we went on a whale watching tour, so we stopped to see inside. It was packed (but that's to be expected during summer...More

I parked off site and walked (less than 5 minutes). Ended up being less than $10 which is probably the best/safest option.
