Josh was great. We were a bit worried about traffic and safety, but there was no reason for concern. Beautiful views and neighborhoods!

We, me wife and I, did this tour with Josh, and had a very nice day. Our expectations to hear about history and see things and places that we couldn't get to see otherwise were fulfilled beyond our wishes, and we highly recommend this tour!...More

This is the second time I have ridden this tour with Josh. As with the first time it was fantastic. His knowledge of the city, it’s history and interest in the street art make it special. Highly recommend.

Chock full of designer boutiques, art galleries, funky
shoe stores, and great restaurants, it’s hard to
imagine Hayes Valley once languished in the shadow of
a major freeway. Its removal allowed for the creation
of an attractive boulevard on Octavia Street with a
community park at its center and dozens of trendy
businesses to satisfy visitors looking for a stylish
respite.

Hi- sorry about the delay- I just saw yr question! No- you bike under the bridge. I hired a bike the day before, from fishermans wharf & biked over the bridge- very easy & you don't need to pay for a tour.
