We bought a two day ticket on this hop on, hop off tour because it was only $10 more each but as I said it's not cheap at $63 a ticket. We used the bus on our first day to do the full blue tour...More

We waited over an hour for the 1st bus of the morning at Pier 39. In the interim the Big Bus line came and went 3x. When the bus finally arrived there was no explanation nor an apology for being late. Our tour guide was...More

Echo other recent reviews. Do not use this company. We only had three days in SF and two of these days were blighted by this company. We spent $200 for a three day tour and with entry to some attractions. The first day we looked...More

I used this company 2 years ago and it was great. We purchased tickets at their office in Columbus Ave and the queue was out the door but moved through eventually. They then tell you to line up across the street. Only problem is they...More

We planned to use the 3 day package not only learn about the city sights and history, we also hoped to use the busses to get around town on the third day. City Sightseeing just does not have enough busses in the rotation to make...More

If I could give this company a zero I would. I had the choice of this company and the Big Bus hop on and hop off. Boy was choosing City Sightseeing company a mistake. 1st they DO NOT have enough buses running for a city...More

Dont where to start.. quick to take our money but staff were quicker passing the buck when we tried to complain and guides were more interested in divying up tips than providing customer services. On our last night we were looking forward to a night...More

We read the bad reviews but thought we would give this company a chance anyway, as they were great last year and everywhere else we have used them in the world. We pre-booked tickets and picked them up from the ticket office. There was a...More

I would give this company's SEO skills five stars: If you google "sf double decker bus", they are the top two results. That's how they got my business, since I assumed there was one main double-decker bus company in the city and that would be...More

We have used city sightseeing buses in a number of cities and have found them to be pretty good. However, our San Francisco experience was very disappointing. The busses seemed to be very infrequent, far less frequent than the competition. They were generally very full....More

You board this bus at the Golden Gate Bridge stop. The Sausalito bus goes over the bridge and does a loop of the town and takes about an hour and a half and drops you back off at the Golden Gate Bridge stop.

You get the red route bus to the Goldwn Gate bridge and then change to the shuttle bus that takes you over the bridge to Sausalito. Beware though that they cancel these shuttles a lot without telling you until you are there.
