Great way to explore the city of San Francisco! The tour bus uses guides, we found ourselves with Ray and Mo the driver on each trip (What are the odds!) Ray was terribly funny and entertaining. Although terrible is a good description of his jokes...More

Very unorganized and 65+ minute wait times. If you want to utilize bus tours I would go with another company. Would give them less then one star but a few of their tour guides are top notch.

We did two tours the 1 hour red and 2 hour blue! We really enjoyed both tours, having been really worried (this is our first bus tour). We had just finished a 1500 mile /18 day cycle tour around N California & Oregon but we...More

The only thing that has increased the stars on this was the superb customer service displayed by Russell. On busy Sunday he shortened his lunch break to open the doors for those of us wanting to go to Sausilito. He was acting as both guide...More

Having used City Sightseeing in other cities I was expecting a good service, However in San Francisco I was very disappointed. The wait for buses was unacceptable. A Hop on Hop off service would lead you to believe that a bus would be along every...More

Found a deal on groupon for the "mega pass" which included a two day tour with three extras. The extras were nice and the routes themselves were good; we chose to add the downtown line, a bay cruise, and an airport shuttle. Some of the...More

The "city sightseeing" hop on hop off tour service was terrible. To start with, the staff at the office, where you have to go exchange the "voucher" you buy on line for an actual ticket, were rude and dismissive (they were this way to everyone...More

Based on the experience I had during spring break, strollers should be left completely folded on the first floor and then the families went to the upper deck to enjoy the full experience of sightseeing. I saw families with... More

You board this bus at the Golden Gate Bridge stop. The Sausalito bus goes over the bridge and does a loop of the town and takes about an hour and a half and drops you back off at the Golden Gate Bridge stop.

You get the red route bus to the Goldwn Gate bridge and then change to the shuttle bus that takes you over the bridge to Sausalito. Beware though that they cancel these shuttles a lot without telling you until you are there.
