Classic hotel. Always love staying at Mark Hopkins, having a drink at Top of the Mark and soaking in the 360 views. Staff are always excellent. Aman, at checkin deserves a special shout out. Surprisingly good value on Sunday. Top marks for Mark Hopkins

This is my 5th stay here and it’s an amazing experience each time. I came here for both business and family trip with my daughter and sister. We love the charm of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the views are splendide as the hotel is at the to of Nob Hill. The staff is very caring and helpful. The bar at the top is a nice place to have a drink and enjoy the views. I highly recommend it.

We were treated like royalty by the whole team from the valet to the front desk (Issa is the best) to club lounge and top of the mark employees. Everyone has a smile and is so attentive and caring, it’s unbelievable. They made our stay very special and although the hotel is an amazing historical landmark with incredible views, it’s the impeccable service that makes us come back each time.

Hotel staff are always helpful. From the moment you enter the property, they greet you with a smile and offer to assist you with your bags. If you have any questions or need recommendations for things to do in the area or places to eat, they are happy to help. Their friendly and welcoming attitude always makes my stay even more enjoyable!

We had our car rental canceled so we needed to book another night after checking out. Roy at the front desk helped us so much. He got us a room at a good rate, was efficient and very professional. Even found my forgotten affinity number. In the future our only hotel in SF……

Staff were all amazing, especially David at the front desk. He had a friendly and warm personality. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel was also beautiful and safe environment. Close to Fisherman’s Wharf, China Town and Golden Gate. I would definitely come back to stay here.

The Mark Hopkins Intercontinental is our favorite hotel in San Francisco. We always come here when we are visiting. The service is great, and the view from the top of the mark is wonderful. The entire property just has a very special feel

I spent a lot of time in SF as a child. When I am at the Mark Hopkins there is a certain feeling of total comfort. All of their employees have always been exceptionally helpful and courteous. Especially David at the front desk. We have been staying there for years and have always had outstanding service and exceptional clean and well appointed rooms. Thank you Mark Hopkins for years of comfort.

Staff was courteous and efficient. Room service was prompt and great. Room was spacious and well appointed. Great location and panoramic views of the entire city. Food was good but a bit pricey. Convenient walk to all major SF City attractions. Those hills were challenging and will keep your heart rate elevated.
