Such a majestic feat of architecture! And iconic to the city. You will be charged a $7 total when headed back to SF but a visit here without seeing it would be incomplete.

Absolutely awful! The view of the bridge was great but the small drive thru rest area was filthy! The men's rest-room was disgusting with broken toilets and feces everywhere. The directories were vandalized and had broken glass, there was a lot of graffiti and tagging...More

San Francisco is one of my most favorite cities in the whole world. But to really connect with the city you must walk or cycle across the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. It's free to cross and the pedestrian walkway is the east sidewalk running along...More

Any view of the Golden Gate Bridge is super, and driving over it is even better. Take a city tour and snap some "up close and personal" photos.

Saw the bridge during an aero show from the blue angels and it was amazing. Definitely is one of the biggest icons from San Francisco. Recommended stop 100%

Yes, it is possible but I personally I think it is mostly depend on the weather / fog for the experience. I did the double decker bus tour at Gold Gate Bridge and I think it is more than enough.
