L.L. Bean deserves so much credit for sponsoring this system every summer. It is a great means of getting anywhere on MDI, including to the local BH airport. Wonderful!

Most of the bus drivers are retirees who know EVERYTHING about the area. I LOVED them. The best history, the best how-to advice ever.

We used the Explorer bus throughout our Acadia explorations. No parking problems, no worries with the road. Drivers were friendly and mostly punctual. highly recommend.

By taking the bus tour you didn't have to figure out where to go and didn't have to hunt for a parking spot.! I think we saw everything we had planned to see.
