No matter for the reason you are visiting Guam, if you do not go visit this "Point" and "Beach" your trip was in Vain!!!!! You will thank me and the other reviewers for this. It is a must. --Dr. Bruno

December to March is the best time. Although, Typhoon season is the only time I would not plan to visit.
