This was a very nice stop on our around the Island tour. The gift shop was amazing. I just with I had had enough time to do the maze outside. We bought several things here. I like pineapple but none I've ever tasted like the pineapple in Hawaii. I has a taste like no other. It was a really nice... More

This is the Dole plantation where they used to grow a lot of pineapples. Now they only grow enough for local use. We took the train ride around and saw growing pineapples and other plants. A large gift shop and demonstration of slicing a pineapple. Nice grounds information about growing of pineapples. Ironically I purchased a bag of candied pineapple... More

We were only given 20 minutes here, spouse wished we had 40 minutes.......said it wasn't enough time to shop. Obviously there was much more to do and see here then we had time for. While the spouse shopped, I wondered the grounds, yes, with only 20 minutes, we felt rushed.........not Dole's fault.

Train ride tour of plantation was very disappointing. Not a well keep property, didn't need to see empty beer bottles on side of train tracks. Hugh gift shop, the tourist trap.

Live to have fun in the sun with the family. Plenty to enjoy and see. They even have a train for the family.

We had a great time at the pineapple plantation! You have to try the ice cream it's delicious! There's heaps of photo opportunities and a gift shop.

I wanted to stop when I saw this! I went on the tour 40 years ago but I'm not sure they do the same type of tour anymore. We were actually inside the factory where they do the canning and such for the canned goods. It was interesting then but I didn't repeat that tour. I was after only ONE... More

We came here on a full circle island tour, so it will be a little out-of-the-way for most guests to Hawaii. I didn't actually get to see where or how the pineapples were grown, nor did there seem to be any information on this. The line for the Dole Whip (the main attraction) was long - we probably waited about... More

We took our two boys to Oahu for the first time and thought this would be a good place to stop mid morning on our way around the island. We all had to dry the pineapple whip which was very refreshing in the heat. We have two teens so the maze was a lot of fun as we tried to... More
